Girls trip for 6. Excellent condo location. Layout accommodating. View is beautiful. Plenty of seating inside and out. comfortable mattresses. Easy access to beach with set up. Interesting art choice over bar.

the perfect week

Our week was perfect! the condo was clean and spacious and comfortable. the views were amazing - definitely hard to leave. The condo was in a great location - close to shops and restaurants and of the course the beach was just steps away. Benchmark staff was always quick to respond to any questions. A GREAT TRIP!

The description of the property was very accurate. The bedding was very comfortable, appointments favorable and the parking and access were very easy. This is my first VRBO rental and I was quite apprehensive about the quality, logiistics and guidelines but this property was very easily managed. I received a text a few days before our arrival on how to get there, access instructions and contact information. During the stay, I received several texts on who to contact for any issues. We didn’t have any but a note to the property management company to help others; we stayed five days and had 2 trash bags and 4 dishwasher pods. We ran out of of gargage bags, dishwashing soap, toilet paper and dish soap to do the dishes. Annoying, but everything else was as described. We would rent again. Thank you.

Legacy 101

The Legacy 101 condo has some great positives - location, size, beach and dune view is excellent as well as privacy, given the corner ground floor location of this unit. Even though it's ground floor, the unit and patio are elevated a bit for a great view and access down the stairs to the pool and very short walk to the beach. Negatives - there were 2 DOA cockroaches in plain sight on the master bedroom floor when we arrived. The only other issue for us personally was that the master bed in particular was too firm for us. Neither issue could have been remedied while we were there so there was no use in advising management during our stay. When you pay cleaning fees and exorbitant fees in general for rentals along 30-A - you expect better from a cleaning crew.

The property is great! The only problem was when trying to get through the entrance gate onto the complex upon our initial arrival. It seems that I was never given the gate code, I had to call into your office that evening while parked at the gate to get the proper code. Going forward, please make sure that all door/gate codes are included in the arrival documents and that they are all correct.
